Return Policy

At The Daily 4Runner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Tags still attached

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

  • Free from dirt, stains, odors, pet hair, or installation marks

  • Clothing must not be worn, washed, or damaged

  • Stickers must not be used or removed from the backing

Items that show signs of use or installation will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed products

  • Worn, washed, or damaged clothing

  • Stickers or decals that have been applied or removed from backing

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or Final Sale items


Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.

  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, please contact us. In many cases, we can assist with an exchange.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged or defective)

We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
